A mountain bike mudguard to subsitute Carbon Fibre that Menter Mon now use in business presentations and social media posts.
Process:
CAD using reference photos to be compatible with an existing product.
3D Printing the model to be reproduced from the mould.
Making a mould around the 3D print using a PVA agent and fibreglass.
Producing a final part by combining Epoxy Resin with sheet wool (felt).
